It’s been a long time that I had not shared a new recipe for homemade granola! I always love so prepare my homemade granola: it’s quick and easy to do and especially what is very economical compared to muesli ready found in commerce.
In addition, you put what we want in and can vary the recipes to your desires (and the remains of the closet ^^). This time, I wanted a coconut granola, well flavored and crispy. And for more gluttony, from time to time, I add a few chocolate inside ^^
For the granola base
- 280 g oat meal
- 100 g slivered almonds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g linseeds
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 g coconut flakes
- Melt coconut oil with coconut sugar over low heat.
- Mix all the granola base ingredients in a bowl and add the melted coconut oil. Mix well and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 150 ° C / 300 ° F, cold start, stirring every 10 minutes. On leaving the oven, let cool then add the dried coconut, mix and put in jars.
