In these cases, for lunch I turn to quick and easy preparations, fresh and juicy, the best in those cases I think. As this fruity salad that I propose today! It’s super light, fresh and full of flavor, a perfect dish to face the heat wave :) To be prepared just before and refrigerate at least 1 hour, it will only get better!

Fruity salad with Melon, Mozzarella & Bresaola

A very summery salad made with melon, mozzarella, bresaola, raspberries and blueberries.


  • 1 melon
  • 20 little mozzarella balls
  • 12 slices bresaola
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 buch mint
  • 4 càs olive oil
  • 3 càs balsamic vinegar
  • 1 càc honey
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Cut the melon into balls with a melon baller. Cut bresaola into strips. Chop fresh herbs.
  2. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar and honey. Salt and pepper.
  3. Place all salad items on a platter. Drizzle the vinaigrette and sprinkle with herbs. Add a pinch of sea salt and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

You can also add a well ripped tomato cut into dices.
