Italian Appetizer: Mozzarella Tomatoes & Spritz

If he has a kitchen that, for me, is synonymous with friendliness and sun is Italian cuisine! Full of flavor and appreciated by all, I regularly draws in classical and Italian basics to prepare small appetizers for my friends!

And you, what is your favorite Italian dish?

Mozzarella Tomatoes & Spritz

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • For the Spritz cocktail per glass
  • 1 volume Aperol Spritz
  • 3 volumes of Prosecco
  • 2 volumes of sparkling water
  • Slices of oranges
  • ice
  • For tomato appetizers / mozza
  • 18 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 mozzarella balls or 18 mini-mozzarella balls
  • Basil
  • Balsamic cream
  • Salt Pepper

Instructions

The tomatoe bites

  • Cut the edge of the cherry tomatoes then dig them slightly (keep the chair to make a tomato sauce or gazpacho!).
  • Salt and pepper lightly inside then drag a piece of mozzarella and a small basil leaf.
  • Paste the tomatoes on a serving plate with a drop of balsamic cream.

The cocktail

  • Prepare spritz directly into a well chilled glass by mixing together all ingredients. Stir and garnish with an orange slice.
