Despite the rather dull weather of these last days, I propose a recipe full of freshness today, to keep under the elbow for the return of the sun or why not to put a little rose in the surrounding gray :) A very simple recipe to change from the classic radish / butter: a pink radish smoothie!
For this recipe, I simply mixed my radishes with yoghurt (you can take soy yoghurt) and I added a touch of almond oil to bring softness. I made the same recipe with camelina oil, my favorite oil of the moment and it was delicious too. In short, you will have understood, test with what you have in your closet and add to your taste :)
Pink radish smoothie
A fresh and smooth drink made with pink radish
- 2 bunch radish
- 250 g yoghurt
- 2 tsp. almond oil or other oil of your choice
- salt and pepper
Wash the radishes and roughly cut them. Keep 1 or 2 that you cut into slices for service.
Put the radishes and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and mix finely. If the preparation is too thick to your taste, add a little water. Season and mix well.
Serve fresh decorated with radish slices.
